  1. Population and dissenters: I have thirty families in my Parish. Dissenters none, except John King a very ancient Quaker. Meeting house none.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no School, my Lord in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No, my Lord.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally on my cure.

  5. Curate: I have no Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No, my Lord.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church on Sundays & grand Festivals, & I preach twice every Lords day in ye Summer half year & once in ye Winter.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times, at Easter Whitsunday Michaelmas & Christmas.

  9. Number of communicants: About twenty usually Communicate, & about that number Communicated last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: I chatechise ye Children evry Summer & ye Parishioners send their Sevants & Children to be catechised when called upon.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No.
